1. The agency fee varies based on the package. 
2.  This is serious business, do not come unless you are interested.
3.  There is no refund.
4.  Try as much as possible to be concise with your words and there should be clarity  in your sentences.
5.  Emergencies will be effectively handled but, with an increment in price.  
6.  Come with 80% of the registration fee.
7.  Customers are entitled to options of just two lodges/houses from which they will make their choice.
8.  Customers are entitled to just two options of roommate(s).
9.  The company is not responsible for any activity or transaction once the agreed upon job has been done and finalized. 
10.  UNIPORT MARKET is not responsible for any damages to purchased items after transaction.
11.  These terms and conditions are open to further adjustment(s).
